I think you need 8.1.n for W2K. Also, if you have this as a PDC and you load a database server there, don't expect good performance...
Even M$ recommends databases be installed in non PDC/BDC systems. To
get good performance of any database in NT, use the keywords:
"dedicated box".
Start using that NT box for all and sundry and watch the performance
go out the window...

Yes, absolutely. Albeit limited by M$ to <10 connections.
