Assuming you mean different versions of Oracle Server, yes it is possible, and they will automatically have to use a different mount point if you comply to OFA.
The only provision is you maintain your listener and tnsnames.ora in /etc (or /var/opt/oracle) in order to avoid to maintain it multiple times.
Generally speaking this shouldn't be desirable, as it adds somewhat to administration hassles, but sometimes it is unavoidable.
