Thanks! That's pretty much what I had guessed, but I hated not knowing for sure, and not having any references. I'm getting very frustrated with the course materials. I've done instructional design for mathematics, and was careful to do things in a sensible order, so it particularly irks me when definitions are left out, or not given until 2 CDs later...

I've been lurking here and on the lazydba mailing list for over a month, and it's nice to see my understanding of peoples' questions growing. Not much I could answer, but at least much of the time now I understand the question! :-)
