Re: ORA-00600 help needed

Sybrand is correct - ORA-00600 errors are catch-all messages which refer to conditions not catered for in more explicit error messages.

The most important part of the message is the set of numbers in square brackets following the error number. The format is something like...

ORA-00600 [1234] [5678] [90123] If you have access to Metalink, you could try searching for your problem (search on the numbers in square brackets). Alternatively, post them to this NG and I'll see if it is a problem I'm familiar with.

Unfortunately, just saying that you are getting ORA-00600 messages doesn't mean very much, as there are lots of problems which yield ORA- 00600s.
