oracle intelligent agent on NT platform

Hi, I am new to the Oracle server 8i. I am trying install and setup Oracle 8i in NT 4 server. I have a problem that I don't know how to setup Oracle intelligent agent. I have SNMP service started already and had manually linked the dababase to the node, but couldn't do discovery wizard to find node automatically. It needs oracle intelligent agent setup. I tried to search in Oracle and this sites and couldn't find any details on this. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.
