When I checked the initstarter.ora file referenced above it has three db_files lines but they are all commented out. They are:
db_name = "starter"
instance_name = starter
service_names = starter
# db_files = 80 # SMALL
# db_files = 400 # MEDIUM
# db_files = 1500 # LARGE
Do I need to uncomment out one of these files? Is this a bug in the dbassist for 8.1.7?
