What's in your TNSNAMES.ORA file? From the other machine as well as the DB server? You should have an entry in the TNSNAMES.ORA file for the 'bsjtt' instance. If you have the correct entry in your tnsnames.ora file on the client side just double check the port, host and sid settings.
