Scott,

If you are planning to use the export/import method to go from 8.0.4 to 8i, then you are doing much more work than is necessary. You don't even need the Migration wizard. What you really need to do is read the Migration Guide in it's entirety before proceeding. Then all will become clear. I'll give you one hint though, in Oracle terminology, going from 8.0.4 to 8i is called an "upgrade".
