Replication Help!!!!

Box A: 8.1.5 on solaris 2.7
Box B: 8.1.5 on Solaris 8

Run Replication Manager 2.0 on NT Workstation+sp6 to setup a multimaster environment.

Configuration is done with no errors.
But simply repllication doesn't work at all.

Before config replication, there's table 'tab_a' in box A. Now we add this one into master groups. But 'tab_a' still doesn't exist in box B. Even though we manually create 'tab_a' on box B (use same definition as on box A), and when we insert or update data to 'tab_a' on box A, the one in box B also has no updates at all.

Any suggestions or help!!!!!
