Sorry - no direct help with NEON etc.

Search the actual scenarios documented on both on Microsoft's and Oracle's behalf.
You can find them on Internet.

Example of such site:

You might get some ideas from there.

Be sure to wear "protective goggles" when viewing such articles found on the manufacturer's site... ;-) (Meaning: Think! ;)
