Are you positive you restored ALL data files, and not just one or two?

Incomplete recovery requires that the entire set of data files is taken back
to an earlier, consistent time, and then rolled forward to a given point.
Synchronisation with the Control Files and Redo Logs is then forced with a
resetlogs.
