Walk is a more correct term, if you are lucky. Oracle will actually "run" (although rather sluggishly) with 128 Meg. If you REALLY want Oracle to "run" I would suggest 256 Meg. Yes, I know this is a development box but you don't want to overload the system, either. Remember that besides Oracle you'll have compiler processes as well as overhead for other application-specific software (Oracle Forms, PowerBuilder, VB, etc.) and, in my opinion, 64 Meg won't be enough.
