It seems you want to install the software multiple times. There is NO, I repeat NO reason to do that, in fact it will hurt you. Just run two instances from the same Oracle_home, with the same dlls, and, apart from the fact 8.0.5 has been desupported, you should be fine. As you don't specify your error message, the group is unable to help your further.
