Oracle on a NetApp

I am a Solaris admin and correlate with Oracle DBA's when it comes to performance on their end. We are talking about moving our 8.0.5 and 8i databases to a Network Appliance 740. I have heard some bad things about doing so. Is there anyone who could give some details as to why/why not to move Oracle to the netapp?
