  1. It isn't uncommon.
  2. TOAD, ERwin, vi, WORD, etc, Our developers are using VB, some of the end users are using Discoverer, but with 30+ developers I don't have to get involved with development tools.
  3. If you saw my status reports you would realize that being a DBA can be a very creative job ;)
