Hi.

I have tried to use Oracle 8.1.6.1 EE for Linux. It was installed well, started nice, but some administrating tools like dbassist, netassist & etc. were crashed because JRE was receiving SIGSEGV.

My box has Debian 2.2 official release and installed packages are just only very basic things. Oracle 8.1.6.1 EE has IBM's JRE, so I had changed it to Blackdown's. But nothing was improved. I can't find what problem turns it stupid.!!!!

Please help me! Received on Wed Oct 25 2000 - 20:42:06 CDT
