Oracle Application Server is the Webserver (v4). V3 was named Web Application Server (WAS), V2 Oracle WebServer (OWS). V1 was OWS, too (and for free!)

The latest is called iAS, and is very Apache.

Dev2K server is a mechanism (comes with http listener nowadays), that allows Developer (Forms, Reports and Graphics) to run on web browsers.
