Simple question ( as always) can i set "global variable" - not a session variable?
I mean how to make a variable which I can change in one session and it's changed value will be seen in other sessions ( ordinary var. i can define in package are session only )?

P.S. Variant with table creating is not intereting. Oracle 8 without objects.
