Install Error

I'm trying to add Pro*C to my Oracle installation on HP-UX. While going thru it's dependancies, it comes back with the following message:

Result: platform_common.vrf(0): FILE_NOT_FOUND while verifying platform_common.
(No such file or directory.)

That file does exist in my installation.

What's happening here?
