I tried to post something earlier today, but it seems not to have made (so much for using tin).
Lehman-
The only thing on technet are the install docs which tell us to rebuild the
linux kernel. Since RH6.2 did not require us to build a kernel why would
7.2? If you have some thing SPECIFIC to add lets here it.
The only other piece of info on technet is 8.1.6 works IF you upgrade from RH6.2 to 7.0 with oracle installed before the upgrade. That's tooooo painful. I went to the trouble of re-linking oracle on rh7.0 and the problem persisted. There were some interesting messages on some symbols that should not be used, but I don't think you went did you since you were probably LUCKY enough to have upgraded rather done any real work.
