Good question.
Given that a single instance can recover all the logfiles of an OPS installation, there seems to be no obvious mechanical reason why a standby database should be unable to sort out archived log files from multiple nodes. I doubt if many people will have tested it though, as Oracle Corp. tends to imply that OPS make a standby database unnecessary.
