What should be my semaphore parameter

HI,

I need to setup a database server. During peak load the Number of Oracle processes expected is around 40,000. The Oracle version is 7.3.4 on Solaris 2.6. I have a server with 12 CPUs and 9GB RAM. Can someone please tell me what my semmni and semmsl parameters should be. Should I have less semaphore sets and more semaphore/set or vice-versa. For such huge number of processes what is the maximum semaphores/set (semmsl) can I give.
