Precise is great for tuning. Savant has a tool called Diagnostic Center. They recently bundled it with a reporting and profiling tool to make a suite. It saves about 40-50% of time in diagnostics. The GUI is awesome. Pretty much shows you everything about the db in a split second. M Ault has highly recommended it in several articles. They will give you a full working copy for several weeks to demo. The site is www.savant.com I think.
