It has been a long time since I was involved with tkprof but I remember that we would get some statistics on one job but the same statistics would be missing from a different run. We opened a tar report but no solution was ever provided. It seems to me that some of the statistics for tkprof are dependent on timed_statistics being set on in the init.ora. If you have not set them on, then perhaps that may be your problem.
