In that case, can't help. Personally, I find the culture relaxed and
tolerant of individualism, and the work environment somewhat less than
adequate (under-powered PCs, Microsoft software 3 versions behind the 8-ball
(there's a surprise!) and so on). Good bunch of people, mix of talents,
generally friendly, aloof management. Nice hours, and I enjoy what I do,
which helps. Good rewards for good performance. No undue pressure to
perform ridiculously long hours and so on. But that's the colonies (and the
education department, which is always a bit different) for you. What home
turf is like, wouldn't have a clue.
