upgrading from oracle 8 to enterprise edition

I would appreicate if anyone could tell me how to upgrade the Oracle 8
standard edition to Oracle 8 Enterprise edition.  Since we are in test
environment the data need not be transferred.  We just want to upgrade the
environment.
