Never heard of it sorry,. Sql is documented though in the oracle
documentation

edit the sid list of your listener.ora and add the sid. If you type lsnrctl
status at the command line you should get a list of all existing services in
the list, lsnrctl reload will refresh the list after you've finished
editing.
