Can you give some idea of the scale of the project? You can easily use ODBC to move the data. You could export the data to a file and then use SQL Loader to import it. I think there might actually be some sort of Access migration tool somewhere also.

It all really depends on the scale or the job. Also, do the target tables already exist?
