I think the problem is related to file permission. At this point I can execute "sqlplus system/manager_at_oracle" as a different user, even though just run sqlplus is still not working. I have no clue which files have permission issues. At least I can startup the WebLogic application. I'll look into the problem later. Thanks much for all your suggestions and help. Appreciated :)
