Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> how to protect the Oracle for NT
for example,
I created one oracle user who name "incense", password:"hello"
then I used this incense/hello to connect to the oracle server
for NT, but I only use it in the OCI program as the connect string.
but I don't wanna let others to use this incense/hello to connect
to my database with sql*net. how can I do it?
in another way. I don't wanna forbid other user connect to my NT
server. they can connect to my Oracle server with SQL*NET.
so, how can I modify the"inense"'s role/privilleges?
thank you very much.
