how to protect the Oracle for NT

for example,
I created one oracle user who name "incense", password:"hello" then I used this incense/hello to connect to the oracle server for NT, but I only use it in the OCI program as the connect string. but I don't wanna let others to use this incense/hello to connect to my database with sql*net. how can I do it? in another way. I don't wanna forbid other user connect to my NT server. they can connect to my Oracle server with SQL*NET. so, how can I modify the"inense"'s role/privilleges? thank you very much.
