How about with compression? I currently average better than 4:1 compression on export. You could use hardware compression on the DLT and conservatively double your tablespace sizes. Also, aren't there new DLT drives with a 70GB limit? I'm not a hardware guy but I seem to remember that.

Not currently available for SAP systems if you want SAP support.
