install oracle 805 in multiple homes

Hello all,

I'm an old oracle user 7.3 going on 805 on windows nt. I want to install oracle in multiple homes. I've got the lastest installer to load and clicked the nt.prd on the cd to locate all the goodies that comes with oracle 805.

However it crashes in the middle of the install and gives me cannot create net8 services and goes back to the install screen.

Any one any idea what is happening? Thoughts?
