Oracle Training

I would love to learn Oracle. For those of who who are already programming in it, can you recommend a good training program. I have already contacted Oracle for their "fast track" training, however, I don't have $10,000 handy and their programs don't qualify for Federal Funding. I have checked out Knowledge Alliance and the former Control Data Institute (now College America), but their courses are 10 months long and train you in everything before you get to the Oracle classes. I have a Master in Business Administration, so I can be trained. I live in the Parker/Denver Colorado area.. Any help would be appreciated.
