I'll agree with you on this, but what's even worse is headhunters who solicit posters. I got hit by one who even removed the 'nospam' line from my reply email. He said he wasn't spamming me, but I pointed on that spam means unsolicited commercial email, and that was what he was doing. Never heard back.

You either have to wade through a job newsgroup or a career web site. This is (supposed to be) a server questions newsgroup.
