Forms 4.5 failes after DB Mig to 815

Hi,
i've migrated my Oracle 734 DB to 815. Now the Forms Applikations failes with FRM-10249 !
Any idea what i am missing ?

Migration was done by exporting under 734, creating new 815 DB then importing into 815.
