I can't add much to that and I don't speak dutch but you will also want to read the docs on Optimal Flexible Architecture which I found in Chapter 3 of the Release 8.1.5 for Windows NT and Windows 95/98 guide. I searched technet.oracle.com and could not find where this is located in the current release but I'm sure it's in there somewhere, if you have docs just search for "Optimal Flexible".
