help:about startup database

Hi,

I have a question.Idon't know how to open the database. Can anyone help?

When I startup the database,the display are:

SVRMGR> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area                         71998864 bytes
Fixed Size                                          64912 bytes
Variable Size                                    54984704 bytes
Database Buffers                                 16777216 bytes
Redo Buffers                                       172032 bytes

Database mounted.

ORA-01122: database file 22 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 22: '/home/oracle/8i/u02/users/sposdb.dbf'
ORA-01251: Unknown File Header Version read for file number 22
