8i Listener Wildcard Ports

Where do you define which wild card ports Oracle uses for client
connections?  You initially connect through the port defined in tnsnames.ora
and after authenticating the user they are redirected to a different port to
continue their session.  Where can I define this port range?



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
