Installing Oracle 8.1.5 Client

I have installed the Oracle 8i client (8.1.5) about 5 times now on my Windows 98 machine. I get no menu entries and I can't find the program in ORACLE_HOME/bin to set up SQL*Net. I have attempted unintalling etc...nothing seems to be working and I just want to throw in my 2 cents about how the Oracle installation program sucks. I know I can manually add the entry to the tnsnames file but I sure wish it would just work!
