I have just upgraded my 8.1.5 database to 8.1.6; running on Windows NT WS
4.0 SP5.



Whenever I connect to a new user I get the error...
Error accessing package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO
ERROR:



ORA-06553: PLS-908: The stored format of SYS.STANDARD is not supported by
this release



What's the problem???
