enterprise manager

It's weird...I have been using Oracle Enterprise Manager. But when I'm trying to login into the Enterprise manager now it gives the message "Unable to connect to management server... Please verify that you have entered the correct name and status of the oracle Management Server".

Oracle instance is running and also the listener and the setup hasn't changed. I've ran into this problem couple of times before. Can anyone suggest what's the problem?
