Hi ,
try to stop all services: do a "net start" to get a list of all started
services on your box.
You can rename the open but touched dlls ORAINSTcomplaines about.
(CORE30.DLL_SAVE ...)
If this does not help: set oracle services to start manually and do a
reboot.
