My initial estimate is 150 - 200M, which highly depends whether or not you
are going to use Designer 2000.
Designer comes with 60M pl/sql code.
A few months ago a 200M system tablespace for a 7.3.4 tutorial database with
Designer increased to 300M when converted to 8.0.4.
The system tablespace is a good candidate for making it too large, as making it too small will block *all* operations. IMO, you shouldn't try to cut it back.
