sql loader library problem

I am trying to execute sql loader on Solaris 2.6 envrionment running Oracle 8i. I cannot get sql loader to start. Error message is:

ld.so.1: ./sqlldr: fatal: libucb.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory

---

I have my ORACLE_HOME env set. I also have my LD_LIBRARY_PATH set to "$ORACLE_HOME/lib:/usr/lib"

What might be causing this error?
