Mine netca program crashes when I try to run it... i get an error that says:
MissingResourceException: cant find resource for base name oracle.net.ca.mesg.NetCASR locale en_US
I have no clue... i looked in all of the jar files under the oracle home and none contain the package : "oracle.net.ca" why is it doing this? any ideas?
