Oracle 7.3.4.0.0 NT4.0



I have been asked to look into some problems with an oracle db creaed by a
third party, settings config etc. I have encountered a problem during
loading of one of the frontend reporting application i.e ORA -12154 error
while trying to retrieve text


It does not appear in the online documentation. Does anyone hhave any ideas
as to what it means?
