Out of memory when creating a database

I'm trying to create a new database in Oracle 8i on an NT 4 platform, but
I'm constantly getting an out of memory error when the database is
initialised.



The machine has 128Mbytes RAM, and about 2Gbytes of free disc space.



Any ideas greatly received.
