Event 10053

Hi,
Is anyone familiar with the output of 10053? For instance:

    INDEX#: 48439 TABLE: ZBW_TSR_XREF     CST: 9 IXSEL: 8.1967e-03 TBSEL: 9.0328e-09     INDEX#: 70278 TABLE: ZBW_TSR_XREF     CST: 5 IXSEL: 0.0000e-00 TBSEL: 6.6120e-05     BEST_CST: 5.00 PATH: 4 Degree: 1

The CBO appears to choose the second index, with the lower cost (5), although both IXSEL and TBSEL are smaller values for the first index. Anyone have thoughts why IXSEL for the second index would be 0 and the effect of this on the CBO? The last_analyzed field of dba_indexes indicates today's date, so I assume the index has been analyzed.
