With or Without the " marks, it does the same exact thing.
I have now re-installed Oracle 3 times, and I get the exact same results each time. I suspect it may have something to do with my setup...but I have no idea what. I have set it up using the instructions available on technet.
This is becoming very frustrating.
Any help appreciated,
