sqlload username/password@servicename

Servicename must have been defined in your tnsnames.ora and is pointing to
the other database.
Tnsnames.ora normally is in
%ORACLE_HOME%\network\admin in 7.3 and 8i
in %ORACLE_HOME%\net8\admin for 8.0
